AR, VR & 3D development

Your machine. A new dimension.

Understand machines. Practise processes. Share knowledge. We build 3D models and the software that turns them into a tool for everyday work.

From component to application.

A good model is the starting point. Interaction, clear content and connections to your systems make it useful.

3D models & assets

Blender modelling, preparation of existing CAD data, materials, animation and optimization for the target device.

AR & VR software

Interactive scenarios, guided procedures and virtual training built around your processes and the people using them.

Integration & support

User management, learning progress and connections to your LMS or business software. Plus updates and technical support.

Use it where it makes a difference.

Production, training and service have different needs. We start with a specific workflow.

Training & skills

Practise before the machine runs.

Train operation, assembly and maintenance in a virtual environment. With repeatable procedures, guidance and feedback on individual steps.

Production & service

Make complex processes visible.

Identify components, explain assembly sequences and follow maintenance steps on a digital model. On a tablet, desktop or headset, depending on the task.

Product & sales

Take the entire machine with you.

Present machines in 3D, show variants and explain hidden components in a browser, showroom or at a trade fair.

Start small. Grow with real needs.

The first pilot covers one machine, one workflow and one target platform. Before building, we agree on how you will assess its value.

  1. Define the use case

Agree on the audience, source assets, learning or operational goal and success criteria.

  2. Build the model & interaction

Create the 3D content and turn the core workflow into a usable application.

  3. Test with your team

Check clarity, usability and performance on the agreed target device.

  4. Launch & expand

Add content and integrations, onboard users and support the software.

Before your first XR project

Do we need existing CAD data?

Existing CAD data can speed up modelling. We can also create models from suitable drawings, dimensions and image references. We agree on the required level of detail and usage rights before starting.

Do we always need a VR headset?

No. Interactive 3D applications can also run in a browser or on a desktop. AR adds digital content to the real environment; VR immerses the user in a virtual environment. We choose the target platform around the use case.

Is a 3D model already a digital twin?

A 3D model initially represents geometry. A digital twin connected to real operational states also needs data integration and appropriate process logic. We scope these requirements explicitly.

How do you estimate the budget?

The main factors are the number and quality of models, interactions, target devices, content and integrations. We assess a bounded use case and define a specific scope of work from there.

Which machine should we model?

Tell us about your product, the workflow and the people using it. We will help you find a practical starting point.
